== Things to check before inducting a new member ==
* Check everyone has photo-id on them. If someone doesn't they can still receive the induction but will have to return later with ID to join and get an access card
* Check everyone is over 18, for under-18s a parent or guardian can join instead, but will have accompany the under-18 at all times in the space
* Ask if anyone has been a member of another hackspace. If everyone says yes then the induction can be faster than usual as there should be no need to explain what a hackspace is
* Ask if anyone has previously been a member of rLab, if yes check the membership database for their record and ensure they're eligible to re-join.
** If there are notes indicating a problem then DO NOT DISCUSS this with them publicly, just explain there's an issue and offer to talk about it later
** If the note indicates not to reactivate without discussion then refer to next directors meeting for decision
