<span id="7_1"></span>7.1. Between three and seven members of the Hackspace will serve as Directors of the Company at any one time. The number of Director’s seats that are open for election at any time shall be determined by the Directors of the Company in consultation with the Hackspace membership.
7.2. Directors shall be elected by a ballot of the full membership of the Hackspace. Directors shall not be selected for appointment by any other means.
